* Operational Leadership: Take full accountability for operational delivery, quality control, and ensuring consistent client and guest satisfaction across all areas of the venue.
* Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through strategic planning and management of all business-to-business commercial income. Identify and develop innovative new revenue streams, with a focus on growing non-match day conference and event sales.
* Team Leadership: Lead and inspire Heads of Departments, managing recruitment, training, and development to ensure the highest service standards are maintained. Build and sustain an engaged, high-performing team.
* Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and third-party stakeholders. Act as the key liaison to ensure alignment with Elior UK's values and the client's objectives.
* Financial Accountability: Drive financial growth through effective cost control, culinary excellence, and proactive pipeline development. Oversee the creation of profitable, solution-driven bids for new business opportunities.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure full compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and all legal and environmental regulations. Maintain a culture of duty of care for both colleagues and customers.
* Restaurant Growth: Oversee the growth of the on-site restaurant business on non-match days, creating a year-round calendar of events to enhance revenue.
* Strategic Vision: Lead the creation and execution of sales strategies for large-scale events, ensuring successful delivery of major projects within budget and on time. Continually assess market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days a week, including weekends and evenings to support events / matchdays
* Senior-level operational contract management experience within the hospitality industry, with a proven ability to lead large teams to deliver exceptional service.
* Expertise in client and stakeholder management, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Commercially astute, with a solid background in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control management.
* Strong sales and C&E experience, with a track record of delivering high-value events and a creative approach to driving revenue.
* A strategic thinker, able to balance structured planning with flexibility and problem-solving under pressure.
* Previous experience managing P&L and driving commercial success in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
