Senior Manager - Performance Management, Governance and Controls framework
Location: Cumbria must be based here 3-4 days a week
Duration: 3 months potential to extend longer term project

Rate: £980 (inside IR35)

The role
Lead the strategy for performance management, governance, and controls, aligned with the program's objectives, industry best practices, and any relevant defense regulations
Develop and implement a robust control framework to ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and contractual obligations
Team size of 3 initially - but intent to double.
Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including program leadership, project managers, technical teams, and external partners.
Skills required
* * Must be a UK national (no dual nationalities)
* Must have SC cleared
* Experiencing leading the strategy for performance management, governance, and controls for complex defence programmes
* Stakeholder Management experience
* Ensuring compliance with strict regulations and standards.
* Ideal candidate has experience of working in industry, consulting and work with the MOD
* Experience with setting programme baselines, multi level planning, establishing monthly reporting solutions to give leadership control, project controls, consulting with senior client leadership.
