Denholm are delighted to have partnered with an exciting Tech Start-up who are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Engagement Executive to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
You'll join a dynamic and fast moving company who's online platform is helping businesses get back to their best after a sustained period of difficulty for many.
You will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, building and maintaining relationships with prospects/customers, networking, and building a pipeline over which you will have full management, accountability and reward!
This position is perfect for someone that is looking to take the next step in their sales career. Our client is passionate about developing their staff so the opportunity to progress from this role into a Business Development Manager is very much on the cards, should the successful candidate show the right attitude and ability to consistently exceed sales quotas.

You will be given all the training you need on the tech platform and all the support you need in your role. You will be working for a Sales Manager who likes to empower his team to succeed and not micro-manage. Quality always beats quantity!

What you'll do:
1. Initiate sales over the phone and educate prospects about our platform and its key benefits by understanding fully what we can offer.
2. Enter and update customer information accurately within the CRM including call details and follow up activity.
3. Ask relevant questions to understand specific needs and requirements of our customers.
4. Close deals over the phone and in person in a professional and diligent manner.
5. Meet sales quotas.
We think you'll need:
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Proven track record of successfully overachieving sales quotas.
3. Previous CRM experience (HubSpot).
4. SaaS experience preferred - not essential.
5. Ability to sell over the phone.
6. Ability to work remotely.
7. Telesales experience (1+ years).
