We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the Senior Directors, and the team. This role is based in the London office and offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, dynamic entertainment environment.
This is a 3/4 month contract, offering £28.85 per hour, 40 hrs/week (PAYE).
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. This role requires strong communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate cross-functional calls across multiple time zones.
* Attend meetings, take notes, and manage agendas.
* Assist in preparing presentation slide decks and onboarding materials for new team members.
* Handle complex communication across multiple teams, including marketing, PR, brand, consumer products, and content.
* Organize and manage internal events such as offsites and training sessions.
* Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
* Manage administrative tasks, including processing expenses and maintaining distribution lists.
* Collaborate with assistants across multiple departments to ensure seamless coordination.
Candidate Profile:
* Solid experience as an administrative assistant, supporting at the Director level or above.
* Previous experience in tech, film, and/or TV is preferred.
* A strong interest in developing a career in administrative/business support.
* A flexible, proactive, and team-oriented approach, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* A solutions-focused attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
* Strong ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively to changing demands.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in G-Suite.
* Fluency in a second European language is a plus.
