Looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join a leading Property Maintenance Contractor based in East London
responsibilities:
* You’ll be involved in general contract duties such as correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, memos, emails and filing, and be responsible for arranging internal meetings and taking minutes.
* Evaluate supplier costs, negotiate pricing, and ensure financial adherence to contractual agreements.
* Update client systems, Identify trends, and produce reports to support decision-making and compliance.
* Assist in pulling together information for contract KPI’s as required
requirements:
* Previous experience of an administrative role in Social housing/ Maintenance is ideal
* You will need to be highly organised and able to manage own diary
* Competent in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and have a strong customer focus.
