If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an As the Arts Lead, you will: Develop and deliver an engaging and inclusive arts curriculum for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, covering art, drama, and music. Adapt teaching strategies to support students with diverse needs, including autism, PDA, trauma, ADHD, ASC, and SEMH. Lead and inspire a team of educators, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. Work closely with staff, parents, and external arts organisations to provide students with exciting opportunities. Plan and oversee arts events, exhibitions, and community projects to showcase student talent. Ensure the arts curriculum is mapped across the school, embedding creativity into all areas of learning. Support students in achieving accredited qualifications in arts subjects, preparing them for future opportunities. What We're Looking For A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience in special education. A passionate and innovative arts educator with experience in curriculum development. A strong understanding of differentiated teaching methods for students with SEN. A leader who can motivate and mentor staff to deliver high-quality creative learning experiences.
