Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our vibrant Altrincham, Greater Manchester team. This position offers a hybrid role, which involves predominantly working at our office in Altrincham and occasionally at our clients' locations.
You will have the opportunity to build strong, lasting partnerships with doctors, aestheticians and therapists, empowering them to expand their aesthetic businesses through the utilisation of our cutting-edge products.
As an integral member of the Sculpt Pro Aesthetics sales team, you will play a crucial role in propelling the growth of our company by driving new business opportunities.
Scope
1. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through targeted outreach, networking, and participation in trade shows and industry events.
2. Deliver captivating product demonstrations to showcase and promote our company's products effectively.
3. Meet or exceed sales and lead generation targets within the assigned sales territory.
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of the aesthetic device market.
5. Formulate a strategic plan to penetrate target markets and identify growth opportunities as well coming up with own initiatives in order to meet targets.
6. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and acquiring new customers, such as medical spas, clinics, and salons.
7. Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the aesthetic industry.
8. Cultivate a network of contacts to generate referrals, establish strategic partnerships, and expand the client base.
9. Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our company's devices, including their applications, benefits, and competitive advantages.
10. Build trust and become a trusted advisor to clients by effectively demonstrating the value proposition and addressing their specific needs.
11. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services to existing clients.
12. Increase revenue from existing accounts by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
13. Develop strategies to position our company's aesthetic devices as superior solutions in the market.
14. Stay updated on advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
15. Manage client portfolio and support clients to ensure the success of their equipment range.
16. Collate reviews and testimonials from your clients.
17. Maintain CRM database.
What you will need to succeed?
1. 3 years of experience working in a B2B sales environment with a proven track record.
2. Experience in the medical/aesthetics industry is preferred.
3. Desire to sell capital equipment with top compensation.
4. Valid driver’s licence.
Salary & Benefits
1. Competitive base salary, supplemented by exceptional incentive compensation plans, including uncapped commissions and bonuses (£70,000 - £90,000 OTE).
