PROFESSIONAL Phlebotomy ORGANISATIONAL Advance preparation blood test request forms for own patients. Clearing and stocking of phlebotomy consumables. Preparing environment and equipment before, during and after patient care interventions including own consulting room and other rooms when assisting with other procedures. Maintain/update patient clinical records using practice templates to ensure all relevant information is captured and coded appropriately. Monitoring and stocking of allocated anaphylaxis pack. Knowledge of practice procedures and work in accordance with written protocols.
