Specialty Doctor Role in CAMHS Crisis Team
The Direct Medics team is seeking a highly skilled Specialty Doctor to join our CAMHS Crisis Assessment and Intervention Team. This 10 PA position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, making a significant impact on the mental health of young people.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and managing patients within the crisis team. This will involve working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assessing patients in crisis and developing individualized care plans
* Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective interventions
* Providing education and training to junior staff members
* Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* A minimum of 6 months' grade-appropriate paid employment in the NHS or HSE
* GMC registration and license to practice
