Typical shift as a bank Support Worker
* Working with individuals with mental health
* There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from assisting customers with their practical, daily living tasks to working through support plans, helping them to achieve independence.
* One shift you might be working a waking night, making sure youre available for overnight support, the next you might be working the day shift and enjoying fish and chips by the sea with your customer.
* Youll be helping our vulnerable customers in a variety of services.
