* Carry out planned maintenance (PPM), which includes some mandatory tickets and some reactive maintenance on defective equipment.
* Work in a multi-disciplinary team alongside a range of operational teams such as systems, mechanical, and electrical technicians.
* Install, modify, and commission new plant equipment to relevant standards and diagnose and repair faults in systems and plants. Proactively identify and report follow-up work or areas for enhancement and deliver cost-effective improvements to assets and systems.
* Investigate plant failures and implement subsequent repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
* Provide specialist technical advice where appropriate with up-to-date technical knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to read and fault find from circuit diagrams and have previous experience of inverter drives.
* Examples of instrumentation you could be working on include flow meters, pressure levels, ultrasonics, and telemetry.
* Experience in the calibration and maintenance of front-line instrumentation. Ideally, you will be qualified to HNC level or have City and Guilds Part 2 or NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in an electrical subject.
* Ability to prioritize and self-motivate.
* A valid driving license is essential, as the post will work across several sites in your assigned region.
We are looking for you to:
* Be a self-motivated individual who can immerse oneself into the team around them, disciplined, and have a desire to learn from those around you with a can-do attitude.
