Following recent growth and team development, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact by providing proactive and flexible People support that drives business performance.
As the first point of contact for People-related matters, you will advise line managers as they guide their teams through change, helping to boost colleague engagement and performance. This role covers key areas such as recruitment, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, performance and absence management, recognition, reward, and benefits.
You will also have the opportunity to produce and interpret People metrics, providing insights that help inform key business decisions. Your coaching and guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices will empower managers to keep People at the heart of their decision-making process.
