We’re Hiring: Platform Operations Manager
(Travel required to Paddington office, minimum once per week)
Are you an experienced CRM expert with a passion for innovation and optimisation? Lead a team in completing, improving, and analysing CRM campaigns to boost customer relationships and drive growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in redefining VMO2 as a digital ecosystem platform player and in helping us achieve our ambitious tier-one KPIs.
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns, utilising the latest technologies and data-driven insights to personalise and optimize every customer touchpoint. Your expertise in campaign automation, data management, and A/B testing will be crucial to achieving outstanding results. Working in a fast-paced, agile environment means that your leadership and critical thinking abilities will be crucial for the business's success.
You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, from marketing and product to customer support and data analytics, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across all channels. As the leader of this critical function, you'll have a chance to create a measurable impact on our customer experience and platform evolution.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
* Excellent interpersonal, people management and team leadership skills. Ability to articulate a vision and galvanize a team.
* Proficiency and hands-on experience with Braze, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and multi-channel marketing tools.
* Familiarity with campaign automation, audience segmentation, and reporting tools.
* Basic knowledge of Liquid for customising email templates.
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights to inform strategy.
* Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to campaign execution and data management, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
The other stuff we are looking for
We'd also love you to bring:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional business experience.
* 2–4 years of experience in CRM campaign management, email marketing, or digital marketing operations.
* Understanding of standard methodologies for email deliverability and anti-spam regulations.
* Pragmatic approach to stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
* Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
