Salary: £25,000 - £27,000, OTE £80,000 - £100,000 + £200 Car allowance

Key Responsibilities:
1. Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and vendors.
2. Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicant's motivation for their search to design the best possible tour for them.
3. Plan and execute viewing tours ensuring they are designed to be as structured and fruitful as possible.
4. Assess buyers' financial position and refer them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
5. Remain proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation.
6. Support the Sales Manager with the surplus of valuations, generally capped at £700,000.
7. Assume responsibility for the running of the office in the Manager's absence.
8. Help promote and carry the brand to help build new business opportunities.
9. Attend charity events, supported by the company.

1. Knowledge and experience of the sales market and conveyancing process.
