Job Role 1 - Permanent, full-time office based
Based at Carberry House, Leven. Primarily focused on cashier duties with occasional Children and Families minute taking.
Duties include cash handling, cash imprest, recurring payments, processing invoices, taxi contract payments, minute taking and handling customer enquiries via phone, e-mail and reception.
You should ideally have experience of cash handling and minute taking. Experience of using current Microsoft computer-based applications to carry out a range of duties. Good communication skills are necessary including an awareness of customer care with telephone, e-mail, and face to face enquiries.
Job Role 2 - Permanent, full-time (blended working available)
Based at Fife House, Glenrothes. Primarily focused on providing support to the Glenrothes Social Work Teams including minute taking.
Duties include minute taking, updating and maintaining computer systems, undertaking generic tasks from email inboxes/system task trays, preparing and distributing documentation, scanning and handling customer enquiries via phone and e-mail.
You should ideally have experience of minute taking, experience of using current Microsoft computer-based applications to carry out a range of duties. Good communication skills are necessary including an awareness of customer care with telephone and e-mail.
Job Role 3 - Temporary for up to 1 year, full-time (blended working available)
Based at Carberry House, Leven. Primarily focused on providing support to the Children and Families Leven Social Work Team including minute taking.
Duties include minute taking, updating and maintaining computer systems, undertaking generic tasks from email inboxes/system task trays, preparing and distributing documentation, scanning and handling customer enquiries via phone, e-mail and reception.
You should ideally have experience of minute taking, experience of using current Microsoft computer-based applications to carry out a range of duties. Good communication skills are necessary including an awareness of customer care with telephone, e-mail and face to face enquiries.
Must be educated to National 4 with core skills modules, SVQ1, 3 Standard or “O” Grades or equivalent.
Before confirming to your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
We are currently shaping our future workstyles however, in light of current advice, we are introducing blended home/office working that will include office access days each week with homeworking for the remainder of your working time.
