We are currently looking for a responsible, self-disciplined and confident individual to join our commercial team as a commercial administrator to assist with the mobilisation of contracts and other tasks that are part of the commercial team’s responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Checking and approving Supplier & Contractor Invoices
* Setting up new clients on our systems
* Reporting on GP of each job
* Keeping a close eye on the KPIs for each Contract
* Other office administrative duties
* New employee IT set up and ordering
* Coordinating communication of new roles with Recruitment
* Liaising with recruitment agencies and assisting with onboarding of new subcontractors
* Reviewing contracts
* Assisting estimating department as required
The successful candidate will:

* Experience in administrative roles
* Confidence

* Competent with the use of Word, Outlook
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confident on the phone
