We support people with disabilities and long-term health conditions to find, maintain, sustain, and progress in the job they choose, by providing person-centred 1:1 support following the five-stage supported employability pipeline model.

get2gether is a dynamic and forward-looking charity, responding to the social isolation regularly experienced by people with disabilities looking for opportunities to find friendship and love in adult relationships.
We organise events, develop courses, and create opportunities that enable social connection and personal development. We use a mentoring and coaching approach to encourage adults with disabilities to self-reflect, take responsibility for their own actions, and lead their own lives.
Role:
The post of Events & Communications Coordinator includes aspects of event management and all communications with our members and other stakeholders. You would play a key role in creating a programme of events and activities.

Sight Scotland is Scotland’s leading charity providing specialist care, education, and research for people with vision impairment. The charity has been in existence for over 230 years and offers a variety of services in the community as well as education, transcription into alternative formats, and residential care for adults and children. Their vision is of an inclusive Scotland where people of all visual abilities have the opportunity to thrive. To achieve their mission, they are looking for a Supporter Fundraiser who will proactively engage with supporters, community groups, and volunteers in the community.
The Fundraising Manager – Corporates and Philanthropy is responsible for developing and implementing plans to maximise income from corporate partners and individuals with the propensity to donate significant sums. There is huge scope to develop both income streams at Sight Scotland, as this is the first dedicated position covering these income streams.
The primary focus initially will be on developing corporate partnership income, as there is huge potential for partnerships ranging from transactional right up to transformational. The role supports the organisation’s purpose to make a significant impact on the lives of people living with visual impairment in Scotland by maximising fundraising income to deliver brilliant services and create a positive impact on our ability to deliver for the long term.
This specialist manager role would suit someone who is already operating at a senior fundraiser level or someone who can demonstrate experience of developing a corporate and/or major donor pipeline, creating operational plans, and delivering income.
Support the Administrator (Accredited Training) and provide effective and efficient administrative support for all aspects of ARC Scotland’s training activities including the provision of regulated qualifications.
In conjunction with the Administrator (Accredited Training), maintain systems, protocols, and procedures of all administrative functions within the training department.

You’ll be helping disabled people feel unstoppable. As a Community Fundraiser, you’ll be right at the heart of our team’s efforts to make sure no one affected by spina bifida or hydrocephalus feels alone.
Each year, we aim to raise over £100,000 through Community Fundraising to support our essential services. Your mission will be to generate income by engaging with businesses, community groups, third-party challenge events, and volunteer-led fundraising efforts across the Central Belt of Scotland (including Edinburgh and Glasgow).

Reporting to: Director of Fundraising
Place of Work: Hybrid office/home-working model with base being the Dan Young Building, Dullatur G68 0LS. Occasional travel within Scotland to accommodate needs of fundraising. Candidate must have a driving licence and access to a car.
Working Hours: The post can be full time (35 hours) or Part Time (28 hours). Normal work hours are 9.00am to 4.30pm. The role will necessitate working some hours outside normal office hours, including evening and some weekends.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
To be as unstoppable as the people we support.
* Implement the Community Strategy, delivering effective, exciting, and appropriate fundraising activity including the development of a Farmers Market Scotland wide.
* To be responsible for the organisation of a well-established Ladies Lunch event.
* Proactively recruit individuals and teams for third-party challenge events i.e. Kiltwalk.
* Proactively develop and nurture relationships with potential funders and fundraisers e.g. businesses, community groups, and individuals.
* Identify and follow up opportunities to secure non-cash or in-kind support, e.g. volunteering, pro bono support, donations of equipment.
* To be responsible for the stewardship of supporters.
* Co-ordinate the recruitment and appropriate use of volunteers to support local.
To be innovative and creative in your role.
* Working with the Head of Communications & Marketing, devise a communications plan to promote Community Fundraising initiatives.
* Identify potential PR opportunities.
* Work closely with Direct Services colleagues to involve them in building relationships with supporters and in fundraising activities as required.
A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
* Provide regular analysis of income and impact.
* To gather data and feedback to learn from failures and apply learning to improve processes and applications.
* Ensure that all donor and prospect records are maintained and updated accurately and promptly on Raiser’s Edge and that record keeping is compliant with the charity’s Data Protection Policy.
