We are currently seeking a Band 7 Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist to join a dynamic and supportive team based in Peterborough. The role is community-based and offers flexibility in working hours to suit your needs, with full-time or part-time opportunities available.

Position: Full-time (Part-time options available)
Pay: £28-30 per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: Flexible between 08:00 - 18:00
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assessment and Management:
Manage a mixed caseload of musculoskeletal outpatients referred through self-referral, primary care, First Contact Physiotherapists, and hospitals.
Perform comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs and create individualised treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based interventions and support for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
2. Clinical Skills & Patient Care:
Deliver high-quality physiotherapy care to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Utilize advanced clinical reasoning skills to develop effective rehabilitation strategies.
Educate patients on managing their conditions and improving their musculoskeletal health.
3. Multidisciplinary Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including GPs, consultants, and other physiotherapists, to ensure seamless care.
Contribute to team discussions and share knowledge to enhance the service provided.
4. Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with legal and professional standards.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1. Proven experience as a physiotherapist with a focus on musculoskeletal conditions.
2. Ability to manage a varied caseload and provide both hands-on treatment and education to patients.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
4. The ability to work autonomously, prioritizing workload and managing time effectively.
5. Experience in community-based physiotherapy services is desirable.
