An established asbestos consultancy in Essex is looking for an Asbestos Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys organising schedules and can confidently liaise with clients and contractors to keep projects running smoothly.
The role of an Asbestos Coordinator:
As an Asbestos Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for surveyors, clients and subcontractors, ensuring all work is efficiently planned and managed. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating and scheduling asbestos surveyors’ workloads
* Communicating with clients and subcontractors to organise site visits
* Handling incoming queries and providing administrative support
* Assisting with project documentation and compliance paperwork
* Helping surveyors resolve any logistical issues on-site
What will you need to be successful?
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* Previous experience in administration within an asbestos consultancy
* Experience effectively scheduling work in surveyors’ diaries
* Proficiency in TEAMS or Tracker software
* Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
