Lead PMO Analyst: Programme Governance, Project Planning, Strategic Project
A Lead PMO Analyst is required for a key programme of work within a leading Financial Services organization. As part of the project team, you will support the governance framework and ensure the smooth execution of project plans. This is a generalist role, so experience across plan development, progress tracking & risk resolution is essential.
You will ideally come from a Financial Services/Consultancy background joining an established and collaborative team, reporting directly to the Programme Manager. This is an initial 6-month contract with a day rate range of £450 - £500 p/d Inside IR35.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain high-quality programme materials.
* Create and track detailed project plans.
* Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring agendas are set, minutes are taken, and actions are followed up.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
* Support the governance framework, ensuring all processes are adhered to and documentation is up-to-date.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a PMO role. Consultancy and Financial Services experience is required.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
