Fixed term contract/secondment until 30 April 2025 Cliftonville, Margate, Kent Are you physically fit with the ability to carry out grounds maintenance and bulk clearance duties? If yes, then this may be a great opportunity for you You will be delivering a high-quality grounds maintenance & bulk clearance service. This will include weeding, dead heading, hoeing, planting, pruning, cutting, and watering communal beds. In addition you will be collecting bulk refuse in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner. You will be provided with tools and machinery to help you undertake your tasks and we will supply you with a new uniform, safety boots and personal protective equipment. You will need to have the ability to work outside in all weathers and be able to undertake physically demanding work. There will be an expectancy to use Microsoft office packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and other applications within the role. Your main base will be Cliftonville, Margate although youll be working across the Kent region. A company vehicle will be provided. The role is being offered on a Fixed Term Contract / Secondment until 30/04/2025, working 35 hours a week. What youll need Youll be physically fit with the ability to undertake bulk clearance duties. Basic knowledge and understanding of health and safety considerations as they apply to this role. A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points and no serious motoring offences within the last 10 years. You must also have a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
