Receptionist/Administrator - Bolton Council Contract: Initially until 31/01/25 with the option to extend Location: Central Bolton Working Hours: Average 23 hours per week, between the hours of 8am-6:15pm. Working on a 3 weekly rolling rota, including working Saturday and Sunday in 1 of every 3 weekends. This role will be working on the reception of a residential home in Central Bolton, handling general administration. Duties Include Reception cover Handle administration around admissions and discharges Manage the admissions and discharges book, dashboard and notice board Update the adm/disch list weekly Set up files and folders in electronic and paper format Bed occupancy report Printing and keeping stock of paperwork Label client equipment – if delivered in reception Send/scan email referrals/infor to Health Admin/Partners New client list to laundry, kitchen, front desk Liquid Logic - add contact doc and assign case to SW Discharges Archive files Supporting SW with Standard Letters and generating contracts
