Procurement and Supply Chain Manager
Location: On-site x5 days in Hampshire office.
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000

Our Client is a fast-growing, innovation-led company specialising in cutting-edge heating solutions designed for energy efficiency and sustainability. Their products are tailored for both residential and commercial markets, helping customers reduce energy consumption and environmental impact. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dynamic Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to strengthen the operations and drive efficiency across procurement, stock control, logistics, and warehousing.
Role Overview
Reporting to senior leadership, the Procurement and Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full supply chain process, from sourcing and procurement of direct materials to stock management and logistics. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in procurement, supplier management, and warehouse operations to optimise processes and ensure seamless supply chain performance. With future plans to expand into other areas, this role will also be integral to the Soft and Hard FM when acquiring potential new sites within the UK.
Key Responsibilites
Procurement & Supplier Management
* Develop and implement procurement strategies to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials.
* Lead negotiations with suppliers, ensuring optimal pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
* Manage supplier relationships, performance, and contract compliance.
* Source new suppliers to improve supply chain resilience and cost-effectiveness.
* Oversee procurement planning to align with production schedules and business needs.
Stock Control & Inventory Management
* Maintain accurate stock levels to meet production and customer demand without overstocking.
* Implement best practices in inventory control, forecasting, and replenishment.
* Utilise Unleashed CRM or similar systems to optimise inventory tracking and reporting.
* Reduce waste and inefficiencies in stockholding.
Logistics & Warehouse Management
* Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient goods receipt, storage, and dispatch.
* Develop logistics strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and minimize costs.
* Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.
* Implement warehouse management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in end to end procurement, supply chain, stock control, and logistics management.
* FM procurement experience highly desirable
* Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Experience overseeing warehouse operations and logistics.
* Proficiency with Unleashed CRM or similar inventory management software (highly desirable).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or a product-based industry is a plus.
