In this Role, youll get to
1. Mainoperational duty Manage the campaign page and module set-up
2. Refresh creative assets (banners, modules, promo code,marketing designs for social media channel)
3. Suggest and create localized, relevant, and up-to-datecontent
4. Regularly monitor ad delivery & troubleshoot anyissues before, during and after the campaign
5. Cross-team communication with the relevant product teams,design team & HQ teams
6. Support cross-market operation duty when its required
7. Be able to analyze, track, and report the campaignperformance and give insightful suggestions to improve the campaign strategiesand product resources.
8. Operate CRM requirements and handle social media channel maintenance
9. Support, write, and publish SEO content to boost campaigns
10. Provideregional market intelligence to the reporting office in Thailand to influenceglobal product and marketing direction.
11. Develop,maintain, and execute strategic partnerships with regional airlines, Shotels,influencers and other business development partners for joint promotions.
12. Workclosely with Trips global offices to collaborate on marketing or merchandisingcampaigns
13. Supportcorporate business development in the region, including collaboration with HQlegal, HR, and admin functions.
What you'll Need to Succeed
14. English proficiency and goodcommunication skills is a must
15. Business travel isrequired
16. 3+years of working experience, with 1-2 years in travel industry in local region;managerial experience a plus
17. Can-doattitude and willing to learn new OTA global strategies
18. Familiarwith travel products that will meet the target market customer behavior and preferences.
