Working Hours: position 3 months, Monday to Friday (7:30am -16:00 or 12:00 - 19:00)
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Help Desk Support Specialist to join our client's team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and have strong numeracy and literacy skills. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our guests and staff, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line support for internal and external customers.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
* Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or department.
* Document and track issues in our ticketing system.
* Offer friendly and efficient customer support over the phone, via email, and live chat.
* Assist in onboarding new users and training them on company systems.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proven ability to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
* Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
* Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is a plus.
