Customer Service Advisor
Do you have a minimum of 6 months experience working in an inbound call centre? Would you be happy handling 40+ inbound calls as well as live chat and website enquiries? Are you keen to join a friendly, social and positive team? Are you available for immediate work?
Weekly pay: £12.50 p/hour + paid holiday and pension enrolment after qualifying period.
Our client is looking for individuals to join their busy customer service department.
The Individual:
* Friendly, confident, and outgoing
* Enthusiastic and keen to learn
* Confident communicator, happy to be on the phone
* Team-oriented
* IT savvy
The Role:
This is an inbound position with no sales or cold calling. You will assist customers with any queries which may include:
* Change of personal details (i.e., address, contact details)
* Changes to bank details and payment options
* Assisting with queries relating to agreements and contracts
* Updates on progress of applications or queries
