Customer Development Executive – Britvic
Location – Rotherham & Surrounding areas (Ideal postcode S35)
Permanent, Full time – 40 hours per week
Salary £29,750 basic + 20% Bonus

In this role as Customer Development Executive, you will help grow Britvic market share of the soft drinks category within your defined territory. Working as part of a successful team, you will drive sales of a fantastic portfolio of Britvic products, including Pepsi Max, 7Up, Lipton, Tango, Robinson’s, Rockstar, and Jimmy's, by maximising brand availability and visibility in Symbol and Independent stores.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
1. Partner with our customers by building outstanding relationships in convenience, understanding retailer’s needs, their local consumers, and executing solutions.
2. Create a winning territory business plan and take a business development approach in your territory to grow sales and market share.
3. Deliver on key selling metrics and support and inspire your colleagues to achieve execution excellence and customer management.
4. Adopt a full category based selling approach to growing and developing every outlet you work with for the benefit of both the retail outlet and Britvic.
5. Use data and evidence-based retailer successes to drive best practice in your territory, region, and across the team.
6. Develop a growth mindset and adaptable approach that demonstrates an ability to offer alternative approaches to tackling challenges and winning over your stores.

4. You may have previous experience in Direct Sales/Convenience or FMCG.
5. Commercially astute with great negotiation techniques.
6. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role.
7. Good administration, organisational and planning skills.
8. Self-motivated & IT and Social Media literate.
9. Strong and Resilient with the personal energy and will to act at pace.
10. Participating as part of a team in a proactive manner.
11. Full valid manual driving licence, eligibility to work in the UK and live within a 60-minute commute from the location of the role all essential.
