Job Title: Point of Sale (POS) Project Coordinator
Location: Hybrid (Home working and Birmingham office with national client site travel)
Salary: up to £45,000, depending on experience
About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced POS Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of POS software and hardware rollouts and upgrades. Working closely with the Product Manager and the wider Digital Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of innovative POS solutions to clients.
This role demands an understanding of payment solutions, fintech, or ePOS projects and the ability to manage multifaceted solutions with a client-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the rollout and upgrade of POS software and hardware.
Support the Product Manager in aligning project deliverables with strategic goals and client requirements.
Collaborate with the wider Digital Team to ensure solutions meet technical, functional, and business needs.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables.
Monitor and manage risks, resolving issues proactively to maintain project timelines and quality.
Conduct onsite visits to client locations as required to support deployment and ensure smooth implementation.
