The Role: You will act as the primary internal driver and external point of contact for multiple projects, taking ownership from tender handover through to final delivery. Your focus will be on effective planning, resource management, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination to ensure all projects are completed on time, to budget, and in line with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Plan and organise resources, resolve project issues, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Lead communication between the customer and internal operations. Monitor and report on project progress, proactively managing risks and changes. Ensure accurate order processing and maintain up-to-date project records. Coordinate and attend internal and client meetings, including progress reviews and testing. Track and report deviations from budget, highlighting issues for corrective action. Support continuous improvement and ensure compliance with company management systems, including quality, health & safety, and environmental standards. What We're Looking For: Essential: HND or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience in a similar Project Management role. Commercial awareness within the oil & gas and defence industries. Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure and follow tasks through to completion. UK National due to the nature of the industry. Desirable: Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 or similar). Experience in engineering manufacturing environments. Understanding of rotating electrical machinery. Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
