We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistants to join our team. This role is vital in providing high-quality care to our clients in East Sussex, ensuring their well-being and dignity are upheld at all times. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, your duties will include: Supporting clients with personal care, mobility, and daily activities. Administering medication following training and guidelines. Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health conditions. Providing emotional support to clients and their families. Supervising and mentoring junior care staff as required. Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential). Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
