Assistant to MD - Hybrid working - £45,000 - Ipswich A construction client of ours in the Ipswich area are recruiting an Assistant to MD to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying £40,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience. Hybrid working is available after a successful probation, minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Assisting 2 Managing Directors, key duties include but are not limited to: Act as the first point of contact for Managing Directors. Working strongly in conjunction with other stakeholders collaborating and supporting at all times. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Ability to learn and understand business networks in order to effectively coordinate activities. Diary management ensuring scheduling meetings, prioritising and management of appointments and necessary documentation are fulfilled. Management of travel and accommodation requirements. Manage Company projects as assigned through to completion and support the Managing Directors with facets of project delivery. Manage and track correspondence. Pre-empt and pro-actively lead, compile and produce reports and presentations for delivery by the MD's with minimal support. Generate and analyse reports including summarising data for presentations. Produce briefing packs, meeting papers and all other documentation, chasing up and co-ordinating responses. Draft responses and meet recurring deadlines for reports, reviews, and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders. Establish and maintain systems and procedures. Coordinating with other sites and stakeholders to deliver reports, documents, and organise meetings. Taking minutes and actions where required. Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Assistant to MD position: Minimum 5 years' experience of providing a high level Assistance service at Executive/Director level. Oversee complex diary and correspondence management. Ability to build and develop good working relationships at a senior level. Office Management experience. Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage complex workload. Strong management experience.
