Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils with a range of special needs, ensuring they can engage and learn to their full potential. The dedicated team of staff, governors, and parents/carers work together to ensure that each pupil receives a bespoke and holistic education within a caring and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in delivering personalized learning plans for pupils with special needs. Provide one-on-one support to pupils, helping them with their educational and social development. Work collaboratively with other professionals, including therapists and specialist staff, to create a supportive learning environment. Maintain accurate records of pupils' progress and achievements. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Requirements: A strong desire to work with children and young people with special needs. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work as part of a team and independently. A flexible and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic environment.
