About the role
As a Project Manager within Planning, Performance and Strategic Change (PPSC), you’ll be at the forefront of delivering the University’s Strategy, working on complex change projects that span academic departments and professional services. You’ll have the opportunity to manage projects that enhance the university's future direction, contributing to one or more of the strategic themes: Education, Research, Community, Partnerships or Enablement.
This role is likely to be focused on the strategic Data and Insights (D&I) Project, though project assignments are subject to change as our portfolio responds to the University's latest priorities. The D&I Project is establishing robust data governance, demonstrating the value of enhanced data management and analytics capabilities across campus, and delivering a new central Data & Insight Hub.
You will:
1. Manage high-priority projects that impact strategic delivery across the University.
2. Collaborate with diverse teams of professional and academic colleagues to tackle complex challenges.
3. Develop and strengthen project management capabilities throughout the institution, making a lasting impact on how we deliver success.
4. Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from senior leadership to project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
5. Present your progress and insights to the Project Board and other Executive Boards, ensuring alignment with the University’s strategic goals.
