Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8.45am until 5.15pm.
We offer 22 days a year for annual holiday plus bank holidays. This increases with length of service.

About the role:
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and as a Customer Sales and Service Advisor, you will be the first port of call for our customers. You will enjoy talking to clients on the telephone, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude to problem solving and solution finding, and like working in a customer support and sales office environment.
About you:
We welcome applications from those looking to move into a customer service and administration role or school leavers looking for an apprenticeship where they will obtain a qualification while working in an office environment. Ideally, you will have National 5 or equivalent in Maths and English, but an interest in the financial services industry and experience in providing customer service or working directly with customers would be an advantage. The ability to work with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint would also be beneficial.
