An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join NHS Lothian’s Management of Aggression Team. The main purpose of this role is to develop and deliver education and training on managing aggression, ensuring it is purposeful, client-centered, targeted, and effective, aligning with organizational development and service objectives. Responsibilities include classroom teaching, specialist training in violence and aggression management, coordination of procedures, risk assessments, legal and ethical considerations, safe handling, and managing specific individuals.
