Reporting into our Head of Operations & Delivery, the Engagement Lead will take ownership of driving successful delivery across dynamic, high-impact projects.
The job role will include:
* Partner with diverse teams of consultants, ranging from senior software engineers and data analysts to partner-level SMEs, ensuring consistent engagement and supporting project delivery.
* Ensure compliance with delivery processes using agile methodologies.
* Provide engagement reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including monthly status, financial, and delivery acceptance updates.
* Support the Engagement Management team in achieving project success and identifying areas for continuous service improvement.
* Onboard consultants effectively, tailoring the process to meet client-specific needs.
* Collaborate with the Sales team to prioritise resource onboarding efficiently.
* Offboard consultants successfully, ensuring intellectual property transitions smoothly back to the client.
* Manage change request processes once amendments to engagements are agreed upon.
* Oversee customer relationships by ensuring delivery of agreed scope, benefit realisation, quality management, risk and issue management, budget oversight, and consultant management.
* Identify growth opportunities for client and solution expansion.
* Contribute to proposals and service offerings to support business growth.
Candidate skills:
* Agile Expertise: Champion Agile and Lean practices, fostering innovation and ensuring project objectives are met effectively.
* Microsoft Office: Advanced in Excel, skilled in Word and PowerPoint, with beginner-level knowledge of Planner, Forms, and Power Automate.
* Clear Communication: Build trust and collaboration by communicating effectively across organisational, technical, and political boundaries.
* Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
* Lifecycle Management: Support teams through all phases of the engagement lifecycle, from planning to execution and close.
* Driving Delivery Momentum: Resolve challenges, manage risks, and ensure delivery remains on track.
* Process Optimisation: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and outcomes.
* Strategic Planning: Maintain consistent planning, forecasting, and progress updates, effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
