Receptionist - Part time Job description We are currently looking for a part time Receptionist for our Castle Campus. This important role requires a Receptionist with an excellent telephone manner. First class IT, organisational and interpersonal skills are essential. The successful applicant will need to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience would be an advantage. Brief Responsibilities Operation of School telephone system Reception duties to include providing a reception which deals with parents, visitors, enquiries, messages, mail, deliveries and collections Assisting students with queries Managing car parking spaces for visitors Assisting other departments when necessary Skill and Experience Required Solid office and administrative skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels An ability to work both independantly and as part of a team Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7:45am – 12.45pm Term time with an additional one and a half weeks in the school holidays.
