What You'll Be Doing:
Driver's Best Friend: Act as the first point of contact for our fantastic drivers, communicating vehicle movement plans to meet live job requirements seamlessly.
Compliance Champion: Ensure our drivers adhere to legal driving hours with regular tachograph checks-keeping everything above board!
Smooth Operator: Collaborate with the stock manager to guarantee the efficient transportation of equipment within strict timelines.
Stock Communicator: Keep relevant sites updated on stock movements-communication is key!
Record Keeper Extraordinaire: Maintain truck and trailer inspections, MOTs, and service records to keep our fleet in top shape.
Data Detective: Maintain daily trucking records for yearly comparisons, including vehicle and trailer costs.
Carnet Connoisseur: Assist with booking Carnet exports, planning delivery movements with third-party suppliers, and maintaining ALL Carnet administration.
Administrative Superstar: Provide support to the stock team and assist the on-site crew across the UK & Ireland with their daily needs.
Accommodation Guru: Help with daily accommodation requirements for our crew as needed.
Transport Advisor: Coordinate crew transport, book ferries, and assist with fleet repairs and services.
Communication Wizard: Support broader communication to crew teams and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
General Admin Pro: Handle emails and phone calls with professionalism and flair!
Who You Are:
Transport Aficionado: Previous knowledge of transportation planning or supply chain management is a bonus!
Compliance Knowledge: A basic understanding of transport legislation and compliance is helpful, but don't worry-training will be provided.
Data Whiz: Proficient in data entry and analysis, especially with Excel.
Organisational Ninja: Excellent organisational and time management skills-prioritise like a pro!
Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is key to maintaining records and catching discrepancies before they become issues.
Adaptable Go-Getter: Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
Positive Mindset: Bring an enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn-your attitude makes all the difference!
Flexible Worker: Ready to adjust your approach when conditions change, including evenings and weekends on a rota during peak season.

Contract: 6-month fixed-term with potential to go permanent.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, plus occasional evenings and weekends during peak season (May - September) with one in four weekends required.
Salary: £12,500 - £14,000 for 6 months (equivalent to £25,000 - £28,000 pa), with potential overtime during the busy summer season.
