We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at CloudKitchens, a dynamic startup that provides innovative kitchen solutions, combining real estate, business consulting, and software. This role will be essential in supporting our financial operations, ensuring accurate and efficient month-end closings, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support and execute the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
* Perform account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues efficiently.
* Maintain and enhance accounting processes to drive operational efficiency and compliance.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
* Assist in the implementation and improvement of accounting policies and procedures.
* Work in a highly dynamic and fast-moving environment, adapting to evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of Accounting Experience (with previous experience at a consultancy firm)
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Solid experience in accounting and financial closing processes.
* Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, compliance, and financial reporting.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a Big Four accounting firm (highly preferred).
* Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software - Workday, Sumup and/Quickbooks.
