Head of property management will assist and head the Property Management department and look after a portfolio of residential units and a team of 2 Coordinators.
You will need to be a car owner and hold a full driving licence

As the Head of Property Maintenance, you will be directly responsible for the success of the Property Maintenance service they offer; therefore, Property knowledge and prior management experience will be needed for this role. You will need to be a dynamic person with experience in Property Management/Maintenance in the Residential lettings market.

1. Dealing with all property maintenance issues and reporting them on the CRM (Reapit)
2. Obtaining quotations from contractors and arranging maintenance works
3. Liaise with Contractors, Tenants and Landlords to ensure all statutory certificates are in place and renewed as necessary. To include but not limited to Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Gas Safety tests, Electrical Safety test, Boiler Services...
