Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors Preparing and reviewing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team Assisting with client queries and providing technical support Maintaining strong client relationships and identifying advisory opportunities Requirements ACA/ACCA Qualified Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive, team-oriented approach
