What You'll Be Doing:
* Preparing review packs, valuations, and reports to support client meetings
* Handling client queries and ensuring a seamless client experience
* Processing new business submissions and investment rebalances
* Liaising with advisers, paraplanners, and providers to ensure smooth operations
* Maintaining accurate client records using back-office systems (experience with Intelligent Office (IO) is a plus but not essential)
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in financial administration
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive team player with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* A driver's license is required due to office location
