We have an opportunity for a German speaker to join us as an Immigration Coordinator on a permanent basis. This role will be based in our Sheffield office, however will support and work closely with our teams in Switzerland.

About the team:
The European Shared Services team in Sheffield supports the wider immigration teams in Paris, Frankfurt, Brussels, Zurich & Dublin remotely. They are an extremely friendly and supportive team to join with people of all ages and backgrounds and multiple languages being spoken.
About the role:
The Immigration Coordinator helps to provide exceptional levels of business support to a wide range of clients by supporting Fragomen’s Zurich office and the Associates and Consultants in an administrative capacity. They are exposed to a full range of immigration processes and administrative tasks including:
Other key responsibilities will include:
1. Draft immigration applications in German
2. Draft support letters
3. Maintain Fragomen’s database and client folders up to date
4. Save and upload case related documents and government decisions onto Fragomen’s database
5. Draft emails to provide updates on all immigration matters
6. Contact authorities for case updates and advice
7. File applications on behalf of clients
8. Complete case audits
9. Rename, downsize and organise documents
10. Take on any additional projects as required
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have strong administrative and data entry skills, this can be taken from either previous work experience or educational background. You will be comfortable working in a team with excellent communication skills. These roles require a high level of German language, ideally C level, but at least B2.

Fragomen in Sheffield:
Our Sheffield office is based in the city centre with the added bonus of free on-site parking, as well as several public transport links close by. The office has approximately 400 people working collaboratively and creating a dynamic, positive environment with over 20 different languages being spoken.
