Summary:
This is a leadership development programme that spans across stores, warehouses & regional offices. You'll build your skills and knowledge to become a retail manager.

Key Responsibilities:
* Sales (store-based): Gain experience in key store roles, starting as a Customer Assistant and working up to store management.
* HR (regional office-based): Discover how our HR teams facilitate recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of regional departments.
* Logistics (warehouse-based): Learn logistics and warehousing fundamentals by rotating around core warehouse areas before joining the warehouse management team.
* Supply Chain (regional office-based): Discover product ordering, quality management, supplier dealing, and complex supply chain operations.

Programme Structure:
Year 1: Rotate through Sales, HR, Logistics, and Supply Chain roles. Year 2: Choose a specialist route and spend a year honing expertise and crafting management experience.

Requirements:
* A 2:2 degree or above in any discipline by September 2025.
* A full UK driving licence by 1st February 2025.
* Livability within commutable distance from Regional Distribution Centre.
* Licence to work in the UK on a full-time basis.
* Assessment centre attendance.
