Accept Recruitment is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in recruitment, client management, and business development. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing temporary workforce recruitment and retention, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth.
* Recruit, onboard, and manage a pool of temporary workers, ensuring workforce availability.
* Oversee compliance, payroll, and attendance processes.
* Work closely with the Branch Manager to drive business development.
* Monitor and control costs, including PPE issuance and stock management.
* Ensure all health & safety and employment regulations are met.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in recruitment or account management.
* Strong people management and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when required.
