We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Operators to join our existing team to help deliver support to patients, GPs and other Healthcare professionals across UK & Ireland.
This is a full time position working 23:00 - 07:00 5 days a week between Monday to Sunday, based onsite in our Bracknell office.
Requirements
About the Role
1. You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, appropriately dealing with any queries.
2. Handle patient requests by booking appointments, communicating with GP's and other healthcare professionals.
3. You will also be involved in administrative tasks, such as processing prescriptions, specialist referral letters and other health documentation.
4. Ensure information is accurately recorded and stored in line with company policies.
About You
5. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
6. Superb communication skills, written & verbal.
7. Experience with call handling/contact centre work is desirable, although full training will be given.
8. Good level of emotional intelligence
9. Ability to show sensitivity and understanding over the telephone
10. Experience using Microsoft Office
