Role Responsibilities:
Histopathology Role:
* Multi-disciplinary work in general histology, special stains, and immunohistochemistry.
* Lead a team of BMS staff, expanding the repertoire and upskilling the team to deliver a top-class service.
* Opportunity to develop expertise in FISH enumeration, ER/PR/Her2, and MMR reporting.
This role require a hands-on approach to service development and operational excellence, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care.

Qualifications
* Proficiency or willingness to train in specialized reporting areas (FISH, ER/PR/Her2, MMR).
* A proactive attitude toward training and mentoring junior staff and contributing to service development.
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Additional Information
Working Days: This is a full time position, 37.5 hours over 5 days between Monday and Saturday
