Job Description
We’re recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join our Pensions team with a starting salary of £23,500-£24,500 depending on experience. This is a hybrid role where you’ll work 3 days from home and 2 days in our Cardiff office, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Some roles may also offer more flexible working hours, for example, 8.30am - 4.30pm.
Internally, this role may be called something different, depending on the team. We’ll work with you to find the department that best suits your personality and strengths.
Our teams are composed of professionals from diverse backgrounds including call centre, retail, hospitality, and sales.
What you'll be doing:
* The tasks are varied, involving regular communication with colleagues and customers. This role is hybrid, involving administrative or processing work alongside customer calls.
* Dealing with correspondence from internal and external customers, keeping them updated on progress.
* Maintaining scheme data, administering, and updating customer and client records.
* Collaborating with team members to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
* Supporting vulnerable customers by considering their circumstances and needs, taking additional steps to assist them.
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
* Skills that are important include strong communication and administration skills, with a passion for supporting customers in various circumstances.
* Confidence in using a desktop or laptop and experienced in MS Office.
