The opportunity has arisen for individuals to join the team within our Cardiology Department.
As a team player with excellent communication skills and flexibility to contribute effectively to service development, you should be able to work as part of a team but also under your own initiative, delivering high quality, patient-focused care in a busy and demanding environment.
You will be expected to provide support to the registered nursing team by carrying out an extended range of assigned clinical tasks as well as direct patient care and associated administrative duties.
You must be adaptable to change and have the ability to work without direct supervision.
Previous experience of working within a healthcare setting is essential, and completion of SVQ level 3 is desirable or working towards or agreed equivalent, with evidence of completion of the agreed competency profile.
