Responsible for ensuring external stakeholders better understand Reckitt\\\\\\\'s purpose, products and impact. Your responsibilities Managing the strategy for how Reckitt most effectively engages with its key external stakeholders across its priority markets globally Creating a compelling narrative around our local footprint, commitment to public health and supporting people & planet. One that further builds awareness, familiarity and trust in Reckitt Monitoring external stakeholder and consumer sentiment towards Reckitt and working with our corporate affairs colleagues in priority markets on delivering greater external understanding of the business Embedding Corporate Affairs\\\\\\\' stakeholder engagement management/measurement framework across Reckitt\\\\\\\'s five priority markets Additional: 1. Stakeholder Strategy & Relationship Management Develop and execute a stakeholder engagement strategy that supports business objectives and long-term ambitions Build long-term partnerships to enhance the company\\\\\\\'s reputation Identify and engage key external stakeholders, including government agencies, regulators, consumer advocacy groups, NGOs, retailers, healthcare professionals, and industry associations 2. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Reckitt functions including Tax, HR, R&D, Sustainability, and Marketing to ensure alignment on stakeholder concerns, policy changes, and corporate positioning Provide insights to leadership on external stakeholder trends that drive reputation and trust both globally and locally 3. Event & Engagement Planning Support external stakeholder engagement events, such as industry roundtables, policy briefings Prepare salient briefing materials and talking points for executives engaging with external stakeholders 4.
